📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks based on professional legal work • Extend existing models, fix broken models and build models from a brief • Complete each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no grading criteria • Create an original task and submit the brief and required input workbooks during onboarding • Ensure input workbooks are human-built and contain sanitised real data or sourced public data • Test tasks against current frontier AI models • Write a detailed yes-or-no rubric when AI models make errors • Collaborate with a reviewer who signs off on the task • Develop evaluation and training environments for AI systems producing work for daily workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in legal practice, restructuring/insolvency, litigation support or legal operations, covering disputes, insolvency, commercial or corporate matters • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including claims registers, damages calculations, data cleaning, multi-criteria lookups and error tracing • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Must create an original task from own work during onboarding • Must submit human-built input workbooks with sanitised real data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed when writing the brief and creating input workbooks • Must provide a CV and attend a 30-minute group walkthrough call • Must be available to start immediately • Must work as an independent contractor
