📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from people operations, HR, workforce planning, headcount, compensation or organizational-design work • Extend existing models, fix broken models and build models from a brief • Complete each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no grading criteria • Apply with details and CV • Attend an available 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create and submit one original task, brief and required input workbooks • Work with reviewers to finalize a detailed rubric after testing the task against current frontier AI models

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in people operations, HR analytics, total rewards or workforce planning, covering headcount, compensation, benefits or org design • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including headcount and compensation models, named ranges, multi-criteria lookups, pivot tables and conditional formatting • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail and willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Independent contractor engagement • Ability to create original, human-built tasks and input workbooks using sanitized real data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed when creating the initial task and input workbooks
