📋 Description

• Design realistic clinical scenarios and instructions that mirror day-to-day specialty work • Assess clinical outputs for accuracy and flag incorrect, outdated, or potentially harmful information • Validate reference answers against real-world clinical practice, including caveats, uncertainty, and requests for further information • Design and evaluate grading criteria, including appropriate weighting of safety-critical items • Provide concise written rationales when disagreeing and identify the weakness each item is designed to expose • Highlight edge cases and ambiguity to refine guidelines and improve reviewer consistency • Work asynchronously on a dedicated platform within the physician’s specialty and day-to-day scope of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Registered doctor based in the US, Europe or Asia-Pacific • Current or recent clinical practice in the stated specialty • Strong grounding in current guidelines, diagnostic reasoning, and clinical documentation standards • Proven accuracy and consistency in clinical review or assessment work • Comfortable using structured review tools and digital platforms • Native or near-native written English • Right to work in the country of residence • Ability to work as an independent contractor • Required medical registration number
