📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from private equity or growth equity work • Extend existing models, fix broken models and build models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria for grading attempts • Attend a 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create and submit an original task, brief and required input workbooks • Work with reviewers to produce a detailed yes-or-no rubric after testing tasks against frontier AI models • Develop evaluation and training environments that help AI agents produce usable professional work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in private equity or growth equity (buyout, growth or special situations), with a sector focus or generalist deal coverage • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including LBOs, debt schedules, returns sensitivities, Goal Seek and circular references • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and evaluations • Must create an original task from own work during onboarding • Must submit the brief and human-built input workbooks; input-file uploads are compulsory • No AI usage allowed when writing the brief and creating input workbooks • Use sanitised real data or public data with the source named • Independent contractor engagement
