📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks based on project or programme management work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models and building models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria that enable graders to assess any attempt • Create an original task during onboarding, including the brief and required input workbook(s) • Submit human-built briefs and input workbooks using sanitised real data or public data with the source named • Test submitted tasks against current frontier AI models • Write a detailed yes-or-no rubric when AI models produce an incorrect result • Collaborate with a reviewer for task sign-off • Support Aptura's applied AI and data work by creating evaluation and training environments for professional workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project, programme or PMO roles • Experience in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, IT, business transformation or capital projects • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including project budgets, earned value, nested formulas, conditional formatting and debugging • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Ability to create realistic tasks from professional project-management work • Ability to work through tasks and establish clear, correct answers • Ability to write precise yes-or-no grading criteria • Submit a CV • Attend an available 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create and submit one original task, its brief and the required input workbook(s) • Brief and input workbooks must be human-built; no AI usage allowed • Use sanitised real data or public data with the source named • Completing onboarding does not guarantee a job offer; task proposal requires written approval
