📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks based on personal real estate work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models and building models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria for grading attempts • Attend a walkthrough and submit an original task, brief and required input workbooks • Work with reviewers to refine and obtain sign-off on task rubrics • Tasks are run against current frontier AI models to evaluate their modelling performance • Contribute to Aptura's AI training and evaluation environments for professional work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in real estate private equity, development, REITs or real estate lending • Experience covering at least one asset class: office, residential/multifamily, industrial/logistics, retail, hospitality or data centres • Deep hands-on Excel experience with acquisition and development models, promote waterfalls, circular references, goal seek and financial functions • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Must submit a CV • Must attend an available 30-minute group walkthrough call • Must create one original task from own work during onboarding • Input-file uploads are compulsory • Input workbooks must be human-built and use sanitised real data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed for creating the task brief or input workbooks • Must be engaged as an independent contractor
