📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks based on sales or revenue operations work • Extend existing models, fix broken models and build models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria for grading attempts • Create one original task during onboarding from personal work • Submit the task brief and required input workbooks • Run the task against current frontier AI models • Write a detailed yes-or-no rubric when AI models make errors • Collaborate with a reviewer who signs off on the task • Support Aptura’s work building evaluation and training environments for AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations or SaaS finance, covering pipeline, bookings, quota and compensation for B2B sales teams • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including ARR waterfalls, commission calculators, nested formulas, multi-criteria lookups and pivot tables • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Ability to work as an independent contractor • Human-built task briefs and input workbooks are required • Use of real sanitised data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed when creating the task brief and input workbooks • Availability to attend a 30-minute group walkthrough call • CV/resume submission required
