📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from supply chain work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models and building models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria that allow graders to evaluate attempts • Attend a 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create and submit one original task during onboarding • Collaborate with a reviewer who signs off on the task • Tasks are run against current frontier AI models to evaluate their performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in supply chain, demand planning, procurement or operations, in sectors such as CPG, retail, manufacturing, pharma or logistics • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including inventory and demand planning, Solver, data reshaping, multi-criteria lookups and debugging • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Must create an original task from own work during onboarding • Must submit the task brief and human-built input workbook(s); input-file uploads are compulsory • Use sanitised real data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed when writing the brief and creating input workbooks • Independent contractor engagement
