📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from venture capital, startup finance or venture law work • Extend existing models, fix broken models and build models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria for grading attempts • Attend a 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create and submit one original task, the brief and required input workbook(s) • Use real sanitized data or public data with the source named • Work with reviewers to finalize and obtain sign-off on the task rubric • Tasks are run against current frontier AI models to evaluate their modelling performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in venture capital, startup finance or venture law, covering seed to growth-stage rounds • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including cap tables, SAFE and note conversions, liquidation preferences, nested formulas and named ranges • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Ability to create original tasks and human-built input workbooks using sanitized real data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed when writing the brief or creating input workbooks • Independent contractor engagement
