📋 Description

• Architect the design of the application • Utilize the defined implementation process to meet established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates • Mentor peers • Ensure quality delivery of TeleStaff work for the practice • Work with the leadership team and UKG to leverage current technological/product enhancements and tools • Perform current business process/rules analysis • Collaborate with teammates to design and deliver a seamless UKG solution • Implement software in various environments using professional concepts and tools • Advise customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, best practices, and system processes and procedures • Conduct application research, support creation of testing scenarios, and provide testing support • Prioritize issues and respond appropriately to critical situations • Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog • Interface with customers to build solid relationships • Pursue opportunities within the team to widen experience • Demonstrate accuracy and responsiveness to teammates and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Previous UKG TeleStaff experience required • Strong communication and leadership skills • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls • Ability to work independently • Ability to collaborate as part of a team • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work remotely from home office in North America • Proven record of accuracy in executing work • 3-10 years of implementing UKG Telestaff Cloud or previous versions • Experience delivering the unified WFM/TS solution to customers, preferably for SMB, and a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience • Broad knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, HR/Payroll, ERP or similar domain product/systems is preferred • Independent contractor engagement • Remote position with potential client-facing meetings during standard North American business hours • Contractor must maintain timely communication and meet agreed-upon project deadlines • Contractor is expected to follow HRchitect’s delivery standards, documentation requirements, security practices, and client-communication protocols
