• Agronomy background or 4+ years of experience in an AgTech company. • Experience developing products that span hardware, firmware, data science, and software. • 5+ years of product management in multidisciplinary, fast-paced environments. • 3+ years working in fast-growing startup environments, with demonstrated ability to thrive amid rapid change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and align diverse teams. • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, critical thinking, and resilience. • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. • High proficiency in English, written and spoken. • U.S.-based, preferably West Coast. • Willingness to travel up to 20%; if based in the San Francisco area, ability to come into the office 2 days per week. • Deep comfort with lean, agile, and iterative methodologies.
