📋 Description

• Provide oversight, innovation, and standards for the development and enhancement of Healthcare + Products and product suites • Serve as a subject matter expert in Chemicals, System Automation/Innovation, FFP or other designated programs, and/or Mobile Medical Equipment • Build relationships with external suppliers and developers • Support internal regions and accounts with implementation and improvement of systems, standards, and processes • Support Aramark programs through virtual and onsite training • Act as liaison to Aramark-approved vendors for equipment, supplies, and products • Provide national support for the computerized maintenance management system, including operation, development, upgrades, enhancements, and training • Support onsite services at existing facilities and mobilizations • Support Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff, and Operations teams during new facility management mobilizations • Evaluate operating program standards, measure performance, and recommend operational improvements • Prepare operational and budget trackers with mobilization Project Managers • Partner with Portfolio leaders across accounts • Pilot and implement new and existing systems and technologies • Publish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for each service line • Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in developing, testing, and piloting new technology, programs, and systems • Develop, implement, and maintain Facilities resources • Assist with technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities front-line managers and employees • Conduct compliance audits covering client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations • Support new facility sales efforts through business surveys and business model development • Support facilities programs in selected retention efforts • Document observations and recommendations through formal reports for clients and internal audiences • Exemplify Aramark’s safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices • Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, other regulations, Aramark operating standards, compliance reporting, and Business Conduct Policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of management and technical experience in a Facilities Management-related field • Preference for Healthcare experience • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience • Professional associations preferred with AHE, ASHE, or ALM, preferred or ability to secure • Survey knowledge of Joint Commission standards • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Good presentation skills with customers and internal clients • Proficient training skills for technical and classroom sessions • Proficient in report writing and writing policies and procedures • Excellent listening skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently • Excellent computer skills • Management skills • Excellent financial and data analysis and interpretation skills • Ability to travel nationally up to 70%
