• Establish, manage, and monitor authentication methods, conditional access policies, risk policies, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures • Oversee device management policies, including secure configurations, patch management, antivirus, and security agent configuration and reporting • Monitor and report organizational compliance and respond to vulnerabilities, threats, and cyber activity • Review, investigate, and report security alerts and optimize alerts to reduce false positives and filter noise • Configure and manage device management, antivirus, SIEM, and intrusion detection and response tools • Identify or create security training materials, schedule and monitor training, and generate training reports for evidence collection • Respond to end-user and help desk questions about security technology • Troubleshoot deployment and management issues involving security tools in cloud resources and endpoints • Apply AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to security analysis, automation, threat detection, investigation, and day-to-day security operations
• 3 to 5 years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or a related field • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Hands-on experience applying AI tools or AI-enabled workflows in cybersecurity preferred • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for exploring practical, responsible uses of AI to improve security operations preferred • CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred • Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA texts or calls • Internet connection adequate for the job, minimum 10Mbps down • Must reside within the United States • Must not require any type of visa sponsorship
