📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple concurrent digital projects. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Maintain clear, proactive client communication, including status updates, milestone reviews, and expectation management. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or service expansion based on client needs. • Collaborate with developers, designers, and client success managers to scope, execute, and deliver high-quality solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment. • Basic understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and general front-end development concepts. • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Slack) and collaboration platforms. • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yext Analytics, etc.) preferred.
