📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined portfolio within Arcadia's platform, partnering day-to-day with embedded engineering teams through the full SDLC • Translate business goals, customer needs, and technical realities into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and well-scoped increments • Engage deeply with engineering on data pipelines, data models, and enrichment, making informed priority decisions • Run and participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and incident/RCA reviews • Deconstruct ambiguous or large-scale goals into MVPs and iterative delivery plans • Use SQL and product/data instrumentation to self-serve answers, validate hypotheses, and make data-informed prioritization decisions • Replicate, triage, and help troubleshoot complex product issues alongside engineering • Communicate roadmap progress, technical risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Partner with design, operations, commercial, marketing, and analytics teams to drive adoption and measurable value • Balance shipping new capabilities with technical debt management, performance, and platform scalability • Develop platform, data-model, and technical-stack fluency • Establish product and delivery metrics for prioritization and stakeholder reporting • Lead technical discovery involving data investigation, feasibility checks, and pipeline architecture discussions • Drive roadmap strategy balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability and technical health • Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, improve data quality, and unlock technical capabilities • Mentor peers and contribute to product-engineering process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) • 4–7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments • Proven track record taking products from requirements through SDLC to launch, including scoping MVPs and iterating post-launch • Experience engaging in technical tradeoff discussions involving architecture, APIs, data flows, scalability, and implementation approach • Healthcare, health-tech, or complex B2B data/SaaS experience strongly preferred; population health, value-based care, or interoperability experience is a plus • Hands-on SQL proficiency • Working understanding of database and data-platform technologies, such as Snowflake and cloud data warehouses • Comfort partnering with engineers on API design, system architecture, and technical constraints • Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action and hands-on execution • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and breaking large problems into deliverable increments • Ability to facilitate trade-off conversations across product, engineering, and business stakeholders • Attention to detail and commitment to clear, current documentation • Experience with healthcare data standards or interoperability frameworks, such as FHIR, and regulatory-grade data environments preferred • Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled product capabilities preferred • Experience with BI/visualization tools and large-scale data platforms preferred • Background in math, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or prior experience as a software engineer or data analyst preferred
