📋 Description

• Lead construction delivery and client engagement by providing hands-on oversight throughout all phases of construction projects • Manage scope, budget, and schedule performance by overseeing scopes of work and construction budgets • Develop and mentor high-performing teams through direct supervision and coaching of junior technical staff • Drive communication, coordination, and continuous improvement by leading meetings with clients, agencies, and community stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction • 20 years’ total experience • Minimum of 10 years of construction experience on water wastewater plants & facilities projects as a Resident Engineer or Construction Manager • Experience leading complex project pursuits, including proposal development and delivering presentations to major clients and public agencies • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Experience managing construction budgets and schedules, with demonstrated capability in cost estimating and negotiating change orders • Preferred: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification • Preferred: California PE license
