• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and post-implementation support • Own project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps • Ensure projects align with contractual commitments and customer expectations • Act as the primary delivery contact for government customers and strategic partners • Build relationships with technical, operational, and executive-level customer stakeholders • Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve delivery issues and risks • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to translate customer requirements into delivery plans • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation • Support deployment of AI-powered planning and permitting solutions • Drive customer readiness, process redesign support, training coordination, and end-user adoption • Help customers navigate organizational and operational change • Monitor project performance and identify risks, blockers, and dependencies • Ensure milestones and customer acceptance criteria support invoicing and revenue recognition • Improve delivery frameworks, implementation methodologies, and operational processes • Manage multiple concurrent projects across the United States, Canada and Australia
• 8+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or program delivery within a customer-facing technology environment • Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation projects • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and competing priorities • Experience working closely with technical, product, and engineering teams • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones and distributed teams • Experience with local or state government agencies, public-sector organizations or regulated industries preferred • Experience supporting organizational change management or large-scale digital transformation initiatives preferred • Familiarity with US public-sector procurement, governance, compliance or technology implementation environments preferred • Experience within GovTech, PropTech, civic technology, urban planning, infrastructure or smart-city environments preferred • Knowledge of permitting, planning, development or land-use processes considered a strong advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications highly regarded • Must be based in the Austin area preferably and/or in the state of Texas • Legally authorized to work in the United States
