📋 Description

• Partner with transformer design engineers at OEMs to specify insulation systems and influence design decisions • Support both dry-type (VPI) and liquid-filled transformer applications • Engage directly with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to solve technical challenges • Travel across the US, Canada, and Mexico to build relationships and support customers on-site • Work alongside sales to strengthen customer engagement and uncover new opportunities • Identify emerging trends and bring forward new application ideas and market insights • Support technical problem-solving, testing interpretation, and performance optimization • Participate in industry groups, standards discussions, and technical forums

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in transformer design, manufacturing, or engineering (typically 3–5+ years) • Bachelors or above degree in Electrical Engineering or related major • Hands-on understanding of transformer systems and how they are built • Ability to work directly with technical stakeholders in customer environments
