• Provide professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients through virtual and remote care platforms • Perform patient assessments, care coordination, patient education, clinical documentation, and ongoing patient monitoring • Utilize multiple healthcare technology systems, including the electronic medical record (EMR) • Establish collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members • Promote quality outcomes, patient safety, and continuity of care • Adhere to organizational policies, professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and privacy guidelines • Provide safe, compliant, and patient-centered care in a virtual environment
• Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing • Must have a compact license • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in medical/surgical inpatient nursing • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
