📋 Description

• Review and timely payment of incoming invoices • Preliminary bookkeeping • Preparation and execution of payroll • Communication with the tax advisor and, if necessary, authorities • Point of contact for the team regarding internal payroll/accounting queries • Maintenance and reconciliation of overtime & working hours • Support with administrative tasks (e.g., onboarding, document maintenance)

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in accounting, payroll accounting, or a comparable administrative role • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset • Experience with digital tools such as DATEV, Excel, or comparable software
