📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions, support, and ongoing enhancements • Configure and maintain workflows, transaction stages, and document templates to align with business needs and regulatory requirements • Partner with internal teams to optimize processes, streamline operations, and improve user adoption • Support end users by troubleshooting issues, delivering training, and creating clear documentation (guides, runbooks, and resources) • Oversee user roles, permissions, and data security to ensure sensitive information is protected • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system limitations and recommend scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a system administrator or power user within a real estate closing or title/escrow platform • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand data structures and map complex workflows • Experience configuring software platforms, including permissions, templates, and integrations • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement • Experience supporting software integrations or system implementations • Background in training or supporting end users in a regulated environment
