📋 Description

• Serve as Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams • Lead and manage one or multiple projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the Statement of Work • Create detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies • Maintain and manage the Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet • Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources • Foster collaboration and communication among team members • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders • Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards and implement quality-control processes • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders • Follow appropriate internal and external escalation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management (posting states 5 to 10 years) • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager • Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams • Experience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects is preferred • Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies • Experience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions • Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc. • Previous experience in IT industries and with ERP and/or CRM technology platforms • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices • In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, escalation management, and quality assurance skills
