📋 Description

• Lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects from initiation through go-live, hypercare, and closure • Manage multiple smaller engagements concurrently or serve as project manager for a larger multi-pillar program • Balance priorities, resources, client commitments, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate parallel ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, and CX workstreams, including sequencing, integrations, and shared milestones • Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies based on the Statement of Work • Plan and run design workshops, SIT, UAT, parallel financial close or reconciliation, data conversion, cutover planning, and go-live readiness • Apply and scale Oracle Cloud implementation methodology • Staff engagements with Center of Excellence Leads and adjust resources throughout project phases • Lead functional and technical consultants, workstream leads, integration and data teams, and client counterparts • Direct the QA Lead to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Establish governance, including status cadences, steering committees, and workstream governance • Manage RAID items, cross-project dependencies, and risk mitigation plans • Maintain project budget trackers and burn sheets; manage change requests against the SOW • Follow escalation processes and keep Argano leadership and client stakeholders informed • Serve as primary point of contact for client sponsors and project leadership • Prepare and present status reports covering milestones, issues, risks, and decisions • Manage expectations across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Sales/Service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing Oracle Cloud implementations • Full lifecycle, hands-on project management of Oracle Cloud implementations • Strong experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP and Supply Chain projects • Understanding of Oracle Cloud modules including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Supply Chain Planning • Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams or projects, including shared resources, integrations, data conversion, and competing timelines • Background in software implementation consulting, ideally with a systems integrator or Oracle partner • Proven experience with risk assessment and mitigation, quality reviews, and corrective actions • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with Oracle Cloud releases and industry trends • Strong command of project management methodologies and best practices • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple engagements and adapt to changing assignments • Ability to guide consultants, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to executive audiences • Stakeholder management and expectation-setting across business functions • Ability to understand cross-module integration impacts • Strong budget tracking, forecasting, and change-control skills • Ability to ensure deliverable quality and direct QA activities • Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and escalation-management skills
