📋 Description

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure • Establish and execute project plans for Oracle Cloud software implementations • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies based on the Statement of Work • Work with COE Leads to establish and adjust project staffing • Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, including mitigation plans • Manage one or multiple projects simultaneously within scope, schedule, and budget • Maintain the project budget tracker/burn sheet • Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources • Foster collaboration and communication among project team members • Maintain regular stakeholder communications regarding progress, challenges, and achievements • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and implement quality control processes • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders • Provide Oracle Cloud HCM application guidance and support to the project team • Direct the QA Lead and manage internal and external escalation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits and/or Time & Labor implementation methodology • Full life cycle hands-on Project Management of Oracle Cloud implementations • Experience managing project activities for consultants and implementation specialists interfacing with client organizations • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on Oracle Cloud releases • Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams • Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies • Experience conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions • Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello • Previous experience in software implementation consulting with Oracle HCM applications • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and escalation management skills • Experience with software development, IT, or technology-related projects preferred • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
