📋 Description

• Support the forward progression of client engagements across multiple simultaneous projects by reviewing timesheets and overseeing budgets • Support team members and foster a positive environment • Track project documentation, status, and operational progression through project stages • Collaborate with Demand Planning and Finance teams on daily activities, project budgeting, and forecasting • Assist Project Managers with project methodology, including scheduling, resourcing, task management, and communication • Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities • Facilitate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including calendar management and travel arrangements when necessary • Support project evaluations by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and preparing project performance reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles • Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc. • Previous experience in IT industries preferred • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced data entry and analysis using Excel • Basic understanding of project management concepts, terminology, processes, and methodologies • Project planning and scheduling skills • Risk identification skills • Basic data analysis skills • Organization and time management skills
