• Determine early market access potential, pricing, and strategy for pipeline indications and assets, including indication sequencing, TPP, and TPL • Work with Indication Development Teams to optimize trial designs based on payer requirements and regional Access feedback • Coordinate Early Scientific Advice from key HTA Agencies and conduct gap analyses with external consultants • Align Access and Commercial positioning, pricing, and strategy with Indication Commercial Teams • Assess unmet need, payer value proposition, P&R/HTA landscape, and product outlook • Inform global pricing strategy and policy • Test payer value messages, pricing expectations, and value proposition through Advisory Boards and payer/HTA research • Develop core value dossiers and objection handlers • Develop and evaluate global and regional access strategies, including early access, launch implications, risk mitigation, and scenario planning • Build and validate contracting options and G2N assumptions • Partner with HEOR and Regional Access to optimize evidence generation plans and identify epidemiology and unmet medical need • Inform health economic and outcomes analyses required for access, including CEA, BIA, and burden-of-disease analyses • Facilitate launch-readiness workshops with regional and local Market Access and other functions • Lead strategic access for the Myasthenia Gravis therapeutic area, with focus on indication expansion, global launches, next-generation FcRn products, and lifecycle management • Collaborate with global, regional, and local country teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in biotech/pharma • 5+ years of Market Access and Pricing experience involving specialty drug launches in the US or Europe • Advanced graduate-level training in natural sciences, medicine, business, engineering, or finance required • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field • Experience understanding payer needs, decision-making approaches, strategies, reimbursement stakeholders, and influencers in the US and/or key EU markets • Experience developing global and regional pricing and market access strategies and research • Experience working with clinical development teams • Experience with launch and commercialization teams for orphan and rare disease therapies • Experience managing external agency partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Strong leadership and team management skills • Strategic, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and articulate complex problems and solutions • Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and work in a scientific environment • Demonstrated communication skills in a multicultural and multilingual global environment • Fluent English language required • Regular travel required
