📋 Description

• Provide focused commercial support for upcoming launches and indication expansion • Drive demand generation through focused engagement with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers • Partner with local Territory Business Managers to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement • Determine how the team can most effectively serve customers and patients • Collaborate with internal and field-based partners to deliver launch and sales objectives • Travel regularly throughout the assigned geography, occasionally requiring overnight stays and travel beyond the territory • Develop territory plans and local market strategy aligned with launch priorities • Communicate and engage with assigned healthcare professionals and affiliated staff • Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives • Utilize market tools and resources effectively • Submit account plans and CRM activity timely • Adhere to argenx compliance policies, guidelines, and approved sales messages • Report to the Business Leader

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live in the Columbia, Greenville, and Charleston, South Carolina area • B.S. or B.A. degree required • 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; neurology strongly preferred • Local market knowledge preferred • Proven track record of consistent high sales performance • Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment • Experience with product launches • Ability to align with organizational cultural pillars: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment and innovation • Demonstrated ability to sell collaboratively and succeed within a highly coordinated team environment • High level of clinical, product, and business acumen • Ability to translate data and customer insights into action • Understanding of market access dynamics, with emphasis on specialty pharmacy and buy & bill accounts
