β’ Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, industry, and competitive landscape β’ Prepares for and leads client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity β’ Owns meeting preparation, including agenda, materials, and objectives β’ Documents and distributes clear next steps, owners, and timelines β’ Anticipates client needs and proactively identifies opportunities to add value beyond defined project scopes β’ Navigates challenging client dynamics with diplomacy, finding solutions that balance client needs with agency capabilities β’ Serves as the primary day-to-day executer for assigned accounts, owning timelines, deliverables, communication, and task follow-through β’ Manages multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines β’ Facilitates productive collaboration between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver exceptional work on time and on budget β’ Tracks scope, hours, and burn rate for assigned projects and accounts β’ Flags scope risk, overages, or misalignment early - before issues escalate β’ Prepares monthly billing/invoicing for Account Director review.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Health, or some other experience that makes you interesting β’ Excellent presentation skills and comfort facilitating meetings with senior client stakeholders β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence β’ Deep thinker thatβs able to weigh different paths forward, thinking through the outcomes and risks, and recommends solutions to the Account Director β’ Proactive management up to the Account Director with clear weekly updates on account status, risks, and next steps β’ Strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and catching all typos β’ Acts as the first set of eyes on strategy and creative assets, working through edits with the team before passing to the Account Director.
