• Collaborate with our sales team, clients, and insurance carrier underwriters in order to successfully grow and retain clients • Act as a client consultant, providing clients with recommendations and advisory services to help them achieve their long-term goals • Provide excellent client service • Develop and maintain working relationships with clients by managing pre-renewals, renewals, and overseeing ongoing service needs • Provide consultative services to client contacts in order to account-round existing clients to meet gaps in their coverage • Leverage product knowledge to maintain a high service standard for various clients and their product service lines • Conduct in-person, Zoom, and phone meetings with clients and carriers and maintain client information using a Sagitta CRM system
• 3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, brokerage experience preferred • Experience working with clients in a variety of industries and experience communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Excellent customer service skills, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize deliverables and projects with competing deadlines
