📋 Description

• Educate prospects on additional dental, eye care, and auditory insurance coverages • Create a regular cadence of calls to connect with and maintain contact with prospects and healthcare decision influencers • Use sales and education best practices to maximize prospect conversion to appropriate policies • Collaborate with Partners and Clinical Coordinators to address service issues and maintain quality levels • Update resident and facility account information in the current database • Maintain and enhance product and technical knowledge • Sell Medicare supplemental Vision, Dental, Audiology, and Podiatry policies • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets • Perform other assigned job-related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess a state-issued Health insurance license • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience • Experience in selling supplemental policies is preferred, including Vision, Dental, Audiology, and Podiatry • Experience in the healthcare industry with supplemental insurance policies is preferred • Experience making outbound calls successfully engaging with prospects • Verbal and written fluency in English is required • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other company-based technology platforms • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently • Attention to detail and quality control • Adaptability to changes in the work environment • Dependability and ability to follow instructions • Problem-solving ability • Customer service skills • Ability to work in a team environment
