📋 Description

• Serve as a technical product expert supporting dealers, customers, and internal teams throughout the product lifecycle • Diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other technologies • Conduct product research using internal data, including warranty records, recorded customer service interactions, and field team feedback • Review and process warranty claims submitted by the dealer network • Support customer support representatives and other staff as a subject matter expert • Participate in or lead special projects related to new product development, service assessments, and product research

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College/technical school • Minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry or another industry with similar products • Experience and/or training in a customer service environment required • Experience with service over the telephone desired • Ability to skillfully document and organize interactions, meeting notes, issues, and more using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Dynamic 365 • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and PowerPoint • Able and willing to obtain Ariens Academy and other technical training certifications • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
