📋 Description

• Own the roadmap by translating business objectives and priorities into an executable roadmap for engineering and design teams. • Partner with the Tech Lead on feature shaping and with UX/UI on design definition. • Work with the Project Manager to break the roadmap into trackable sub-items and keep delivery on schedule. • Commit to and consistently deliver concrete milestones such as weekly status reports and dated decisions. • Run product demos with prospective clients and communicate product value. • Keep the roadmap aligned with Arionkoder's broader innovation strategy and work directly with business stakeholders. • Lead and innovate across the full lifecycle of AI products.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally with some exposure to AI solutions. • Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage comprehensive product development cycles. • Expertise in setting and evaluating product metrics to ensure that the product delivers on performance and quality. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders. • Proficient in agile project management. • Deep knowledge of user research practices and their application in product design and development.
