📋 Description

• Provide all new-hire Mental Health Professional training, including Netsmart myAvatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, and agency policies and procedures • Provide clinical support and training in the Netsmart myAvatar Electronic Health Record (EHR) • Maintain and update Netsmart training materials • Distribute reports to clinical leadership • Respond to support and training requests from Mental Health Professionals and other clinical roles • Recommend whether correction requests are clinically appropriate • Provide additional myAvatar-related support as requested • Attend myAvatar CWS calls • Utilize Netsmart Connect and review other resources to support clinical practices and organizational workflow • Report to the Clinical Vice President • Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling or social work • Current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE) • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Mental Health Professional • Excellent clinical, organization, and presentation skills • Passion for training and development of other Mental Health Professionals • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and problem solve as needed • Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
