📋 Description

• Deliver legal documents to intended recipients • Use investigative techniques to locate recipients • Maintain accurate records of service attempts • Ensure compliance with service procedures • Handle sensitive information confidentially • Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys • Testify in court if required • Maintain a professional demeanor

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to the service of legal documents • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Must be able to pass a civil and criminal background check • Must pass 10 panel drug screening • Must have a smartphone • Must have computer & printer • Must be responsible and have desire to complete assignment
