📋 Description

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers. • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines. • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests. • Complete Pre-Site Surveys and service activities assigned. • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process. • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation. • Report on trends and service challenges. • Review pre-install documents to determine parts needed for installations. • Gather and report accurately on service activities using management tools. • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily. • Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. • At least 21 years of age. • Clean and valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. • Able to acquire a gaming license as required. • Willing to do daily travel in the assigned territory. • Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive. • Passion for technology and solving problems. • Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
