📋 Description

• Build, enhance, and maintain a business intelligence platform supporting business intelligence and advanced analytics requirements • Engage with business and operations teams from initial project definition through project completion across multiple projects • Develop reporting and analytical solutions • Create a full suite of documentation • Perform light application updates and enhancements to enable reporting and analytical solutions • Deliver company reporting and dashboard solutions, documentation, light application enhancements, and custom analysis • Analyze complex datasets extracted using SQL to deliver actionable insights for the Lottery’s digital initiatives • Analyze and benchmark performance across multiple channels and platforms, providing recommendations for future growth • Analyze CRM bonus campaign performance and recommend new campaigns • Monitor and report on industry trends and innovations • Elicit analytical and reporting requirements from the Lottery and work with Product Owners to ensure delivery • Attend Lottery and internal meetings to stay informed of requests, features, and improvement areas • Attend training and conferences as necessary • Coordinate projects or requirements elicitation between the Lottery and vendors when assigned • Support, advise, and collaborate to deliver ad-hoc reports and data as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working within a Marketing Analytics/Business Analytics environment, with a focus on strategy, operations, and marketing data analysis • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a focus in Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) with writing complex SQL Queries • Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Power View, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.) • Expertise in gathering and documenting internal and external client requirements • Expertise in analyzing complex data sets and converting them into actionable insights, which drives business decisions • Experience in ensuring data integrity and validating results, with high attention to detail and accuracy • Experience with the Power BI reporting tools • Capable of investigating, familiarizing, and mastering new data sets quickly • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Motivated individual with technical-functional expertise who can collaborate with both business and technology teams • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently • Gaming analysis experience preferred but not required • Must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship • Subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals; may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain applicable gaming licenses or registrations
