📋 Description

• Write technical blog posts and tutorials for the Arize blog and place guest content on partner blogs and third-party publications • Produce educational YouTube videos, from short explainers to longer walkthroughs, and internal enablement videos for go-to-market teams • Run webinars end to end, from topic selection through demos and follow-up content • Build and deliver structured courses on company properties and through external learning platforms and partners • Speak at conferences and run hands-on workshops, including writing demo applications and exercises • Adapt research and content across formats and channels • Build AI-assisted production systems to increase content output • Turn community feedback into actionable product insights shaping open-source and commercial product roadmaps • Provide source material for field marketing, SEO, and answer-engine-focused website copy • Coordinate with documentation so educational and reference content connect properly • Engage with the developer community at conferences, trade shows, meetups, Slack, and other channels • Collaborate with Product to prototype spikes for new features and product directions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in developer relations, developer education, technical content, or an engineering role that produced a lot of public material • A portfolio including recorded talks, videos, courses, blog posts, or workshops • Comfortable on camera and on stage, and able to teach a technical concept live without a script • Up-to-date engineering skills and ability to build demo applications • Working knowledge of LLM-based app development, such as agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks • Experience using AI tooling in your production process, or a clear appetite for building that out • Curious and self-motivated continuous learner, comfortable with startup ambiguity and rapid iteration • Willing to travel regularly for conferences and attend occasional evening and weekend events • Familiarity with evaluations and observability space, including products like Arize (bonus) • Experience shipping a course with a learning platform such as Coursera, DeepLearning.AI, LinkedIn Learning, Maven, or O'Reilly (bonus) • Video production and editing skills, or experience growing a technical YouTube channel (bonus) • Track record of getting talks accepted at major industry conferences (bonus) • Engagement in technical communities such as X, Reddit, Slack, Discord, or Dev.to (bonus) • Experience running or contributing to open-source projects such as Arize Phoenix (bonus)
