📋 Description

• Own the product’s look and experience end to end • Identify user pain points • Watch real users in Fullstory, identify friction points, and fix them • Rapidly prototype interaction alternatives in Figma or code • Create, refine, and iterate on UX flows and interaction patterns • Work closely with senior engineers who own feature architecture • Run lightweight usability tests to validate improvements • Build reusable interaction patterns • Watch user sessions and identify common friction points • Meet with users to gather feedback on new product features • Implement design improvements with smooth transitions and inline guidance • Pair with staff engineers to refactor complex forms into multi-step wizards

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering background: frontend development experience, an engineering degree, or experience using Claude Code/Cursor to make impactful design changes • Experience working on complex tools such as developer tools, data tools, or B2B SaaS • Experience improving products through UX refinement • Experience building or contributing to design systems and animation libraries • Experience using feedback collection tools and incorporating user feedback into designs • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and creating flows • Ability to consider edge cases, loading states, and empty states
