📋 Description

• Serve as the program’s primary point of coordination for Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) strategy and opportunities • Collaborate with Athletics staff and external partners to identify and facilitate NIL opportunities for Women’s Basketball student-athletes • Track NIL activity and opportunities across the roster • Coordinate NIL activities with institutional personnel to ensure compliance with University, conference, NCAA and legal requirements • Serve as a point of contact for agents and authorized representatives of current and prospective student-athletes • Develop relationships with agents, representatives and key women’s basketball stakeholders • Communicate with student-athletes regarding revenue sharing, NIL opportunities and program matters • Assist with recruitment, retention, transfer portal and professional-opportunity communications and coordination • Maintain records of communications and commitments involving student-athletes and representatives • Develop short- and long-term roster management strategies with the Head Coach • Monitor collegiate women’s basketball trends, transfer portal activity, recruiting, NIL, revenue sharing and roster-construction factors • Develop comparative information and market intelligence for strategic decision-making • Identify roster needs and opportunities based on positional needs, eligibility, retention risk and resources • Support recruitment and retention conversations and negotiations • Maintain knowledge of NCAA, conference, University, revenue-sharing, NIL, agent and eligibility requirements • Coordinate with Athletics Compliance and institutional units to ensure activities follow applicable rules and policies • Maintain documentation related to revenue sharing, NIL and position responsibilities • Ensure approvals and institutional processes are followed before commitments are communicated or finalized • Participate in required education and training • Advise and support the Head Coach on roster management, compensation, NIL, recruiting and retention • Represent Women’s Basketball in assigned internal meetings • Maintain budget accountability • Perform additional duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills and ability to organize calendars and use platforms to communicate with team and coaches • Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships • Ability to solve problems and make decisions • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and project a positive, professional attitude • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Motivation to initiate, lead and support value-added projects • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Demonstrated organizational skills, including planning, prioritization and management of multiple priority projects • Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations • Knowledge of industry-wide trends and ability to manage changes • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, Conference regulations and policies • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
