📋 Description
• Own Arketa’s operating model, forecasting, and long-range financial planning • Build rigorous revenue and margin models across SaaS, payments, and emerging product lines • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team • Support board reporting, investor updates, and potential future fundraising efforts • Develop KPI frameworks connecting product adoption, revenue performance, and company health
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience across investment, strategic finance, or high-performance analytical roles • Exceptional financial modeling expertise with the ability to independently build and pressure-test complex operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses • Strong intuition for SaaS and technology business models, including revenue drivers and unit economics • Clear communicator capable of translating complex analysis into compelling narratives for leadership, board members, and investors • Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly • Excited to work collaboratively from our NYC office three days per week (MWF, MWR during the summer)
