🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or equivalent senior compliance leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks within alternative investments • Proven track record of building and managing effective compliance programs • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
