📋 Description

• Execute and support daily trading activity across client portfolios. • Oversee investment operations for multiple investment vehicles, including separately managed accounts (SMAs). • Manage trade settlement, cash movements, account activity, and portfolio rebalancing. • Coordinate with custodians, brokers, counterparties, and external service providers to ensure seamless operational execution. • Support operational due diligence requests and investor reporting initiatives. • Monitor operational controls and identify opportunities to improve workflows and scalability. • Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and ongoing process enhancements. • Assist with additional trading and operational responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trading operations, investment operations, middle office, or a related function within asset management, hedge funds, family offices, or investment advisory firms. • Experience supporting institutional investment products and/or separately managed accounts. • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, investment operations, and cash management. • Equity trading experience required; familiarity with listed options is preferred but not required. • Experience working with custodians, prime brokers, and other investment service providers. • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
