📋 Description

• Client Needs Discovery: Assist in understanding and interpreting client needs to help tailor solutions that meet their expectations. • Consultation and Planning: Work with clients and internal teams to help construct project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal capabilities. • Project Oversight: Support internal processes to ensure project plans are executed according to specifications and deadlines. • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, including status reports, to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in providing support for technology usage, including Relativity, to ensure clients can effectively use the technology. • Issue Resolution: Help address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust. • Data Processing: Assist in processing data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting the efficient handling and management of client data.

Basic knowledge of how to build and sustain client relationships. • eDiscovery: Knowledge of the eDiscovery workflows and technologies • Technical Proficiency: High aptitude with Microsoft applications, database programs, text editors, and review platforms. • Relativity Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing and working knowledge of various Relativity features. • Multitasking Ability: Excellent at managing multiple tasks with strong follow-through. • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Flexibility: Availability to work extended hours and on a flexible schedule as needed. • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment. • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
