📋 Description

• Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M) independently from initiation through closeout • Develop project charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures • Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors through competitive bidding • Chair project meetings; prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, drive action item resolution • Develop and manage project budgets with real-time cost monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred • 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management, construction management, or owner's representation • Proven track record of managing small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M) • Strong financial acumen including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar) • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% within the account portfolio
