📋 Description
• Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including airport rental car facilities, maintenance shops, fueling systems, and more • Oversee programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, airport design criteria, local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability goals • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera
