📋 Description

• Manage and supervise BWR Refuel Floor maintenance activities, including Reactor Disassembly, Reassembly, and In Vessel Maintenance • Support safe execution of complex BWR 2-6 Refuel Floor outage projects and activities • Manage all project aspects from ITO through OTR • Lead project delivery planning, transition planning, risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning • Lead and coach multidisciplinary and multicultural GEH and contingent worker teams, including craft labor • Directly supervise union and non-union personnel performing BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance • Provide technical input for commercial proposals on labor quantity, labor hours, tooling, and logistics • Interact with senior customer and supplier management on commercial, execution, technical, and compliance issues • Support proposal development, product development, growth initiatives, and training development and delivery • Provide subject matter expertise on reactor maintenance, in-vessel tooling, and GEH OEM equipment • Ensure high-quality deliverables meet customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory guidelines • Drive standard GVH processes and procedural compliance across projects • Support off-season Spent Fuel Pool cleanup and Dry Cask Storage campaigns • Instruct GVH Technical Training courses • Perform other assignments as business needs dictate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline and 5–7 years of experience in BWR Refuel Floor Outage Maintenance activities, or high school diploma with at least 8 years of such experience • Previous experience as a Refuel Floor Lead Technical Director, Refuel Floor Project Manager, Outage Manager, or equivalent • Previous project management experience • Ability and willingness to travel more than 70% of the time to domestic and international customer sites • Ability and willingness to support Spent Fuel Pool cleanup and Dry Cask Storage campaigns • Ability and willingness to instruct GVH Technical Training courses • Ability and willingness to pass Fitness for Duty and site security requirements for unescorted access to U.S. and international nuclear plant sites • Ability and willingness to work in radiation-controlled and radioactively contaminated areas • Ability to pass respirator fit test and physical • Ability and willingness to work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week during field projects • Ability to manage effectively under high-stress conditions • Prior experience owning preparation and execution of Refuel Floor outage scope • Broader nuclear plant operations or maintenance experience • PWR outage maintenance experience • Spent Fuel Pool Cleanup and Dry Cask Storage project experience • Commercial experience, proposal development, and cost estimating • Extensive knowledge of nuclear power plant refueling, maintenance, inspection, and modifications • Knowledge of BWR and PWR vessels and components, NSSS, and containment buildings • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, P6, PLM, and Oracle ERP • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills • Strong attention to detail, ownership of outputs, organization, and self-direction • Ability to obtain U.S. Government authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
