📋 Description

• Lead complex, high-profile, or strategic customer implementation projects • Develop comprehensive project management plans with detailed work breakdown structures • Manage project scope, timeline, and resources with minimal supervision • Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive management • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management staff • Drive project governance and ensure adherence to methodology and standards • Manage escalations and complex issue resolution • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices • Facilitate complex client requirements gathering and solution alignment • Ensure smooth transition to support at project completion • Prepare and present executive-level project status reports • Transform workflows to be AI-first by connecting tools, building scalable automations, and standardizing best practices • Lead AI adoption by coaching others, identifying high-impact use cases, and balancing experimentation with governance and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5–8 years of project management experience • 3+ years in healthcare IT project management preferred • Experience managing complex implementation projects • PMP certification or equivalent • Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and project outcomes • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles • Advanced project management and leadership skills • Exceptional client relationship management abilities • Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Advanced proficiency leveraging AI tools to improve delivery quality and reduce administrative burden • Ability to model and actively promote AI adoption among junior team members • In-depth understanding of healthcare integration concepts • Experience with change management techniques • Advanced proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
