📋 Description

• Manage key finance projects effectively • Develop and monitor plans controlling project scope, schedule, and cost • Coordinate documentation for baseline changes and ensure approved changes are implemented • Maintain project logs of submitted changes and their status • Develop project communication plans • Prepare written status reports and scorecards • Create and present project review documents to senior leadership • Collect and document project issues and manage their timely resolution • Define project risks and mitigation approaches • Monitor project activities for risks and escalate or mitigate them promptly • Advise project team members and stakeholders on required or completed actions • Capture and communicate lessons learned at project or project-phase completion • Apply lessons learned to subsequent projects • Support project leadership in maintaining a well-staffed, clearly organized, and inclusive working environment • Prepare economic and financial forecasts for financial decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Prior experience in corporate finance and/or retail • Ability to perform detailed analyses and create executive summaries • Ability to present and defend own work and others' work to senior leadership • Ability to work independently • Ability to influence decisions of individuals not directly supervised • No certifications required • No leadership experience required
