📋 Description

• Drive customer enterprise solution development and implementations through Adobe Experience Cloud • Partner with customers to understand priorities and objectives • Lead multi-disciplined Adobe delivery teams to design, implement, and scale solutions • Collaborate with consulting teams, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and systems integrator partners • Own delivery and acceptance of program scope under statements of work • Define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points • Oversee delivery processes, including scope, change requests, tasks, deliverables, resources, and costs • Act as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate Adobe capabilities and their long-term business value • Resolve complex customer problems and coordinate issue resolution across commercial, support, and product organizations • Govern project standards, communication, organizational change, and foundational activities from inception to closure • Lead internal and external communications and align execution with customer expectations • Collate customer requests, deployment issues, and feedback for product channels • Support work tracks involving subcontractors and technology partners • Conduct post-mortems and communicate lessons learned to Adobe Consulting • Forecast revenue, bill rates, and utilization across projects • Manage issues and provide leadership across sales, services, and product teams • Strategize new consulting opportunities and account growth with Sales • Lead and encourage the project team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of prior experience in a client-facing Project Management role • Experience leading teams through complex technical implementations • Experience owning a large services budget of upwards of $500k • Direct working experience with Adobe marketing products, including Experience Manager, Experience Cloud, Marketo, Analytics, Target, Commerce, Workfront, Customer Data Platform, or Journey Optimizer • Ability to understand technical-change impacts and articulate high-level technical solutions for business problems • Excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution skills • Strong presentation and reporting skills • Professional demeanor and ability to lead diverse teams • Ability to communicate with account managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies • Practical experience managing agile development projects is a plus • Ability to manage ambiguity with diverse partners • Ability to build relationships and generate repeat-business opportunities • Willingness to travel up to 50% • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
