• Lead one or more cross-functional projects simultaneously • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success measures • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, financial forecasts, and status reporting • Facilitate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests • Communicate project status, key decisions, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership • Coordinate testing, implementation, and readiness activities • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and organizational practices • Lead initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, customer experience, and business outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred • High School diploma required • Minimum 6 years of progressive project management experience leading business and technology initiatives • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordination experience highly preferred • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and communications plans • Experience facilitating project teams within a matrixed organizational environment • Experience leading business process improvement, technology implementation, or operational transformation initiatives • Retirement plan or financial services industry experience preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to improve project planning, communications, and delivery outcomes • Must satisfy criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification requirements • Must be bondable
